Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats that Risk Information and Communications Technology Act or RESTRICT Act
For the previous 18 months until now in 2023, Elon Musk had slowly published shocking details from the Twitter Files about prominent traditional and social media like the New York Times and Facebook collaborating with the federal government to shadow ban or outright censor Americans with dissenting opinions to the World Economic Forum.
Amidst Lent and the Trump indictment, Congress quietly published the RESTRICT Act while the trans battalion of Antifa launched various violent protests at state capitals in faux outrage. The problem was that the bill said nothing specifically about TikTok and would essentially allow the government to censor any United States citizen or private company deemed as “disinformation”.
Even worse, could this ruse simply all be the superpower countries of the world working together to finally muzzle America?
Freedom of Expression
Aging President Biden had long ago been sequestered to his Delaware basement, while the double purposefully acted more incoherent to run a second Presidential campaign in stealth mode for the next coming CDC pandemic to be released this time in Africa.
12 million new illegal immigrants would be required to vote for Biden since they were simply now unwitting slaves to tyranny never able to escape government control or ever become citizens to pursue the American Dream. There was little to stop the toppling of America combining fraudulent mail-in ballot stuffing, failed power grids, banned food, deflated U.S. dollar for digital currency, and hyped new streaming platform of NPR movies and reality series to trivialize Netflix and Prime Video.
Except there was this one little problem: Freedom of Speech. Unlike any other country in the world, Americans have unprecedented rights per the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. If all the lies and schemes were constantly exposed by Americans, then the fascist elite controlling the rest of the world would be overthrown by inspired “peasants”.
Divide and Conquer
For over 200 years, the strategy has often been repeated. The only way to defeat America is from within because of distant geography with a prosperous, well-armed populace. You must turn the people against themselves to become victims to government, while shunning all excellence and religion.
As the sun set over the nation’s capital, Edward Vincent, a renowned CIA cybersecurity expert, sat in his dimly lit office, scanning through lines of code on his computer screen. The chatter on the dark web led Vincent to the backdoor of an elaborate platform that not only shadow banned American citizens but included a dispatching system to the Internal Revenue Service, Federal Trade Commission, and Department of Justice. At the same time, confidential documents revealed Antifa death squads were being trained by the CIA in Syria to exterminate homeless camps throughout the nation and any foolish social justice warriors or victims deemed useless to society.
Armed with this knowledge, Vincent embarked on a one-man mission to take down the government’s cyber warfare campaign. He knew he would be up against powerful adversaries, but he was willing to risk everything to protect the fundamental principles of democracy.
Vincent started by rallying a small group of like-minded individuals who shared his passion for safeguarding freedom of speech. They were a diverse team of experts, including a former hacker turned whistleblower, a seasoned journalist, and a tech-savvy activist. Together, they formed an underground resistance movement, operating in the shadows to expose the government’s nefarious intentions.

No one knows if it was Tom Cruise like in Mission Impossible who brought Hollywood around. Maybe Jocko Willink contacted the right military leaders. Vicent and his team definitely disrupted the fascist worldview narrative. But maybe Americans simply recognized they weren’t divided, started ignoring government propaganda, and stopped buying woke products.
Confidential communications about RESTRICT between China and the U.S. were leaked on TikTok and subscribers left the now defunct platform for updated Vine resurgence on Twitter. Anheuser-Busch nearly went bankrupt, firing their marketing team and publicly vowed to discontinue Bud Light forever. Many people still won’t drink Budweiser products because the government revealed transgender is less than .01% of the population and over $2 billion of taxpayer dollars were used to purchase and store 115 million cases of Bud Light to rot in Area 51.
The nation erupted in celebration as news of defeat of RESTRICT spread. Vincent was hailed as a hero, and his tireless efforts to protect freedom of speech in America were lauded by the media and people of the world. The fight for free speech would continue. However, Vincent was confident that fearless individuals around the world would make sure fundamental principles of democracy would prevail, both offline and online.
